Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active Account on the jakwin Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jakwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers and bonuses, and retain any balances in cases of suspected multi-accounting.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jakwin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jakwin shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
jakwin is committed to operating a responsible and secure platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before withdrawals are authorized and, in certain circumstances, before access to full platform features is granted.

KYC documents submitted during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday) are typically reviewed within two hours. Providing false, altered, or third-party identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

Important: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider while funds remain in your jakwin Account constitutes a breach of these Terms. jakwin reserves the right to suspend your Account and recover disputed amounts through any lawful means available.
jakwin offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the promotional offer itself.
jakwin actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, utilizing multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where such activity is detected, jakwin reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

All wagers placed on the jakwin Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as published in the Platform's help section, in addition to these general Terms.
The following behaviors constitute serious violations of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jakwin Platform:
jakwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. During a suspension, access to the Account and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content on the jakwin Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and compilation structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of jakwin or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jakwin. Unauthorized use of any jakwin intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jakwin, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
jakwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jakwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by closing your Account, subject to jakwin's legal obligations to retain certain data for compliance and audit purposes.

We provide a suite of player-protection tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. The use of these tools is actively encouraged. jakwin enforces a strict 21+ age policy and may at any time request age verification documents. Accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended until verification is complete, and any winnings accrued during the period of unverified access may be voided.

When material changes are made, jakwin will endeavor to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the general principles of commercial law. jakwin operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and adheres to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards consistent with international best practices.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. By registering an Account, you waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against jakwin.
